It can emulsify and mix comprehensive products, various powders and liquids at high speed. For example, it is used in reorganized and reorganized milk, yogurt, flavored milk, evaporated milk, reconstituted milk, ice cream mix, chocolate syrup, dairy desserts, other formula dairy products and pre-processed foods.

The vacuum system can realize automatic addition of powder in a controllable and reliable way. It automatically sucks the ingredients into the mixer, eliminating the need for operators to undertake this heavy work. The product is sucked in a vacuum, that is, the air inside it is removed, so that the downstream production line can have a longer running time.


3. Fully automated control makes the production system more stable and saves energy:


Automatic liquid level control enables smooth and continuous execution of product production. The liquid level control is combined with the input and output of the product to maintain the correct amount of liquid circulating in the system. If the liquid level is too high or too low, the output pump controlled by the pressure measuring element and the frequency will return it to the desired liquid level. The amount of powder (possibly sugar, lactose, stabilizer) in the mixer also fluctuates during production. No matter how much powder enters the mixer, this system will ensure stable production.
